ERG provides agency consultation and Biological Assessments for salmon and bull trout, utilizing a thorough understanding of species' life histories and physical and biological needs.

Our experience includes assessments for construction projects and planning documents on sensitive species including special status fish species.

ERG determined the impacts of bull trout and their critical habitat for three biological assessments which involved the excavation and disturbance of metal contaminated soils.

ERG secured permits for installation of drainage culverts between Highway 93 and Montana Rail Link tracks.

Fisheries

ERG’s team of biologists have prepared numerous Endangered Species Act (ESA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance documents for fisheries.  With an in-depth knowledge of major construction projects and their potential aquatic impacts, we are able to represent our clients seamlessly and obtain necessary permits within a short time-frame and with minimal mitigations or other requirements.
