Fisheries

ERG’s team of biologists have prepared numerous Endangered Species Act (ESA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance documents for fisheries.  With an in-depth knowledge of major construction projects and their potential aquatic impacts, we are able to represent our clients seamlessly and obtain necessary permits within a short time-frame and with minimal mitigations or other requirements.
